How your application will be evaluated?
  • DOST-PCAARRD has collaborated with the University of the Philippines – Institute for Small-Scale Industries (UP-ISSI) to evaluate proposals submitted by startup/spinoff companies that has applied in PCAARRD's SGF Program. A team of evaluators selected by UP-ISSI is designated to evaluate the qualifying startup/spinoff companies.

 

  • Proposals shall be evaluated based on the following criteria for evaluation:

  • Technical Aspect (40%)

  • Marketing Aspect (40%)

  • Management Aspect (20%)

 

  • In order to be endorsed for funding, the project must have garnered an average score of 70% and above.

 

  • Project proponents with pre-qualified proposals for the SGF program (with complete documentary requirements and garnered 70% and above rating) will be requested to revise the proposal based on the comments of the evaluators.

 

  • After revision of the proposal, proponents will be requested to re-submit the revised proposal to the DOST Project Management Information System (DPMIS) using the following link: https://dpmis.dost.gov.ph/. PCAARRD will advise the proponents the opening and closing dates of the submission.

 

When submitting the proposal and other documents to the DPMIS, kindly take note of the following procedure:

  1. Register and create an account in the DPMIS

  2. Log in to your DPMIS account

  3. Select type of call for proposal: Solicited Proposals for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources

  4. Select Classification: New Proposal

 

  • Final evaluation of the proposal including the proposed line item budget and workplan will be done after submission to DPMIS.

 

  • Final proposal will be presented to the PCAARRD’s approving authority, the PCAARRD’s Directors’ Council and to the PCAARRD’s Governing Council (for proposals with budget of more than Php 5M)
