Prepare the proposal using DOST Forms (Forms 2, 4 and 5) in an editable word format.

Submit the proposal and scanned copy of other required documents (business registration, copy of official receipt, financial statements etc) to ttpd@pcaarrd.dost.gov.ph.

The following will be subject to automatic disapproval:

• Proposals submitted by organizations that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

• Proposals that are not under Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources (AANR) sector.

• Proposals that have duplications with previously funded startups/spinoffs.
